Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Our team will assist you in submission of the estimates and claims to the insurance provider on your behalf.
Cumberland Periodontics & Implant Surgery does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. All payments must be made at the time of your appointment. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
